To design the kitchen for the Day Care centre in Amoralia was a new challenge to prove, once again, that good design makes any space more functional; whatever its purpose.
This kitchen is meant for semi-professional use, they have to work with a catering service. Here the most important thing was to have enough storage space, worktop and good access to the dining room.
